Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted in Japanese Yen unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made via bank transfer to our designated company account. Vehicles will be reserved only after confirmation of payment. Any bank charges or transfer fees must be borne by the customer.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer multiple shipping methods including Ro-Ro and container shipping. Shipping schedules may vary depending on destination and shipping line availability. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and may be subject to delays. Customers will receive shipment details and documentation once the vehicle is dispatched.
Documentation
Original export documents will be sent after shipment confirmation. Customers are responsible for clearing the vehicle at the destination port. Please ensure compliance with your country’s import regulations prior to purchase.
Import Regulations
Import rules vary by country. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify Age restrictions, Emission standards, Registration requirements. We are not liable for issues arising from non-compliance with local laws.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been confirmed and processing has begun. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to administrative and banking charges.
